About Christy & Nick

Authors' Bios

Nick Bingham is a Structural Engineer in Reno, NV. He works for himself under the business name, Bingham and Bingham, Ltd. Nick’s after-hours have always involved running. He has competed in distances from 1-100 miles and continues to enjoy competitive running.  He ran Western States Endurance Run (100 miles) 3 times, placing in the top ten with his fastest time being 17 hours, 59 minutes.

Nick and Christy met while attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and married in 1995 after Christy graduated. Nick had graduated a year earlier and found employment in Reno, NV, and that is where they have lived ever since.

Christy Bingham is a Nevada architect, but rarely practices architecture. Christy is the sole proprietor of Creation Studio in Reno.  This photography business has grown to include her landscape photography, her watercolor paintings and her writings.  Christy has written three Bible Studies: Below the Surface, a study in Ephesians, What do I Believe?, a study in John, and Living, a study in Colossians. The success of these studies gave her the confidence to write this book.
